Many others, just like the Hario Drip Scale $45, feature a in-built timer, which can be quite convenient when brewing, so it's not necessary to pull out your mobile phone or other timing product (though a vintage chronograph does turn out to be useful).  Always anticipate a new coffee encounter with my one origin subscription.
